Terminology

You, your = The Client
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Trash-T LTD and you, the client, for the provision of waste removal and clearance services. They are intended to provide clarity, but do not form a legally binding contract.
1. Services Provided
1.1 Trash-T LTD provides services under the term “Rubbish Removal”.
1.2 Rubbish Removal may include:
Removal of contents for disposal from the property and associated structures.
Recycling, donating to charity, or reusing items where possible.
Dismantling bulky items if necessary, with your permission.
Disposal of items in compliance with environmental regulations.
1.3 Ownership of removed items transfers to Trash-T LTD upon collection. Valuables found will be returned to you.
2. Information Required
Before booking, you must provide:
Full address, contact details, and property details (bedrooms, outbuildings, lofts).
Information on bulky, hazardous, or unusual items.
The type of clearance required (e.g. Standard, Hoarder, Commercial, Extreme).
Parking and access details.
3. Quotations and Fees
3.1 Based on the information provided, we will issue a quotation. This includes standard clearance and any agreed add-ons.
3.2 Additional charges may apply if:
Items not disclosed at booking require removal.
Clearance involves hazardous materials or unexpected extra weight/volume.
3.3 Standard clearance covers up to 1 tonne of waste. Excess weight may incur an extra charge.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
4.1 A job is only confirmed once you agree to book it into our system.
4.2 You must give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or postponements.
4.3 If you cancel after we arrive, you will be charged 50% of the quoted fee.
4.4 If we are unable to attend due to weather, illness, or vehicle breakdown, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule.
5. Exclusions and Restrictions
Fixtures and fittings will remain unless agreed otherwise.
Additional charges apply for items such as fridges, freezers, paint, or chemicals due to specialist disposal requirements.
We reserve the right to withdraw services if the property is unsafe or if staff face abuse.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is due upon completion of the clearance, unless otherwise agreed (typically 7–21 days).
6.2 Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, or cheque.
6.3 A full invoice and Waste Transfer Note will be provided after payment. Additional copies are available upon request.
7. Our Guarantees to You
We guarantee to:
Provide a clear quotation in advance.
Honour the quoted price (unless undisclosed items or conditions apply).
Send uniformed, trained staff equipped with necessary tools and PPE.
Use licensed vehicles and operate in compliance with waste carrier regulations.
Recycle, donate, and dispose of waste legally and responsibly.
Keep you informed throughout the process.
8. Amendments
Trash-T LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
